Capital Lease

You own the equipment at the end of the lease term for a predetermined price—usually between $ 1 and 10 % of the original equipment cost. A finance lease is often referred to as a capital lease.

Operating Lease

An operating lease is a type of true lease.Your accountant will determine if it is an operating lease .You can make the lowest periodic payment with the opportunity to defer your choice of equipment ownership until the end of the lease term.
